Conference and awards photography
Full-day coverage across main stage, breakouts and the exhibition floor, with a same-day selects drop for your comms team while the event is still running.
Conferences, awards, launches and headshot days in London.
Camera Boss Corporate is based in London and Leicester, and London is where most of our corporate work happens. Conferences at the big purpose-built venues, awards nights in the City, product launches in Shoreditch and King's Cross, all-hands sessions in office atriums that were never designed to be filmed in.
Working in London is mostly a logistics problem rather than a photography one. Load-in windows are short, lifts are shared with three other suppliers, and the get-in you were promised at eight often becomes half nine. We plan around that rather than being surprised by it, which is the difference between a rehearsal that happens and one that gets cut.

Multi-camera switched streams from London venues, using the house AV feed where one exists and our own audio where it does not. Wired venue line with a bonded mobile backup, because the guest wifi at a full London conference is not a broadcast connection.
A portable studio in a spare meeting room, booked slots so nobody loses an afternoon, and one consistent house style across the whole London office.

Venues
Events we cover here regularly take place at venues including:
Practicalities
No travel charge inside the M25. Congestion charge and ULEZ are shown as their own line rather than absorbed into a day rate, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Financial and professional services, tech, membership bodies and trade associations, universities, charities and public sector, plus the diaspora and cultural organisations we have long-standing relationships with.
Common questions
Not inside the M25. Congestion charge and ULEZ appear as a separate visible line on the quote rather than being folded into the day rate.
Yes, and it usually produces a better result. What we ask them for is a clean audio feed from the desk and a programme feed of the slides. We contact them directly during the technical survey so you are not relaying questions between two suppliers.
For a streamed event, ideally the afternoon before, or a very early call on the day. London get-ins are tight and shared, so we confirm the actual access window with the venue rather than working from what the sales pack says.
Before you book
Published price bands by day length, and what a proper quote should include.
COSTWhat actually drives the price, and how to compare two quotes like for like.
COSTHow cost per head falls as the group grows, and the extras to itemise.
Next step
Send the date, the venue and roughly how many people are in the room. We will come back with whether we are free, what the right crew size is for that programme, and a written quote you can put in front of finance.
Send the brief → Scope call → Written quote → Technical survey → Event day
