Services

Corporate event photography, video and live streaming services

Everything the room needs, from one crew.

Photography, videography, live streaming, headshots, photo booths and social cuts. Book one, or book the lot and only pay for one setup day, one survey and one point of contact.

SERVICE 01

Live streaming and webcast

Multi-camera, switched, and monitored by a person for the whole programme, not left running on a laptop at the back of the room.

  • Two to five cameras, vision-mixed live with named lower thirds
  • Delivery to YouTube, LinkedIn Live, Vimeo, a private player, or straight into Teams or Zoom
  • Wired venue line with a bonded mobile backup, tested before doors open
  • Moderated on-screen Q and A, holding slides, sponsor stings
  • Full recording of the programme, captured separately from the stream
SERVICE 02

Conference and event photography

Coverage that follows the day the way a delegate experiences it, from arrival coffee to the last handshake.

  • Keynotes, panels, breakouts, workshops and the corridor conversations in between
  • Sponsor stands, branding, signage and set dressing, shot for the sponsor report
  • Group shots planned into the schedule rather than squeezed in at the end
  • Skin tones exposed and graded properly for every face in the room
  • A selects gallery you can post from while the event is still running
SERVICE 03

Event videography and highlight films

The record you keep and the film you actually use. Two different jobs, planned together from the start.

  • Full session recording with a clean audio feed from the desk
  • A two to three minute highlight film built around what was said, not just cutaways
  • Speaker and delegate testimonial capture in a quiet corner set up for it
  • Subtitles and a silent-autoplay cut for social and web
  • Archive masters delivered alongside the graded edit
SERVICE 04

Corporate headshots on site

A portable studio in a spare room, a booked slot list, and a whole team photographed to one consistent house style.

  • Bookable slots so nobody loses an afternoon queueing
  • Consistent lighting, background and crop across every person, every round
  • Direction for people who hate having their picture taken, which is most people
  • Retouched files sized for LinkedIn, the website, decks and press
  • Repeat visits for new starters so the wall does not drift out of style
SERVICE 05

Branded photo booth and 360 booth

The part of the evening people queue for, set up to collect something useful for you as well.

  • Open-air booth or 360 platform, with an attendant on it all night
  • Overlays, frames and backdrops built in your brand, approved before the day
  • Instant prints on the night plus an online gallery afterwards
  • Optional email or QR capture, with consent wording you control
  • Vertical video clips ready for the team to share the same evening
SERVICE 06

Corporate shorts and social cuts

Short vertical edits cut on site so your comms team has something to post while the room is still full.

  • Nine by sixteen edits with burned-in subtitles and brand end cards
  • Speaker soundbites pulled from the live desk feed
  • A same-day drop of clips agreed in the brief before the event
  • Recut versions for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and internal channels
  • Consistent titling so a series of events looks like a series

Film

What the video side looks like

Three of the formats we deliver from a single event day.

How we package it

Three shapes that cover most events

Every event is quoted properly rather than pushed into a tier, because a 60-person AGM and a 900-delegate conference are not the same job. These are the shapes most briefs land in.

SHAPE 01

Coverage

For internal conferences, AGMs, town halls and away days that need a proper record.

  • One photographer for the full day
  • Edited gallery, colour graded
  • Group shot planned into the schedule
  • Optional same-day selects for comms
SHAPE 02

Broadcast

For anything with a remote audience: hybrid conferences, launches, investor and all-hands sessions.

  • Multi-camera switched stream with graphics
  • Wired line plus bonded mobile backup
  • Full programme recording, held separately
  • Stills coverage running alongside
SHAPE 03

Campaign

For events that exist to produce content: awards, launches, sponsor activations, recruitment drives.

  • Stills, film and vertical social cuts
  • Highlight film built from the actual talks
  • Headshot studio or branded booth on site
  • Assets titled consistently across the series

Pricing is quoted per event once we know the room, the running time and the crew it needs. Ask for the rate card and we will send current day rates for each service.

Working with us

What is different about how we run an event

One survey, one run of show

Photography, film and stream are scoped off the same technical survey. Camera positions get agreed against each other so the stills photographer is not standing in the wide shot and the stream camera is not blocking the aisle.

Somebody is always watching the output

A stream that drops at minute forty and is not noticed until the Q and A is worse than no stream. Our streams are monitored on the outgoing signal, not on the assumption that the encoder is fine.

Every face lit and graded properly

Mixed rooms are the norm and default camera profiles handle darker skin tones badly. We expose and grade for the people actually in front of us, which is the difference between a gallery your team shares and one nobody posts.

Cultural fluency in the room

Corporate, civic, diaspora and faith-based events all have running orders and moments of protocol that matter. Knowing what is coming means standing in the right place before it happens rather than a second after.

Coverage

Corporate event coverage across the UK

Based in London and Leicester and travelling UK-wide. London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham, Derby, Sheffield, Liverpool, Bristol and Newcastle are all regular. Travel and accommodation are quoted openly as a line item, never buried in the day rate. International work, including Lagos, is quoted case by case.

Next step

Tell us the date and the room

Send the date, the venue and roughly how many people are in the room. We will come back with whether we are free, what the right crew size is for that programme, and a written quote you can put in front of finance.

Send the brief → Scope call → Written quote → Technical survey → Event day
